Civil Operatives for Track Work and Blockages

As we continue to expand, we are looking for skilled and motivated Civil Operatives to join our team, focusing on track work and resolving blockages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out civil works such as excavation, reinstatement, and duct installation for telecoms networks.
• Identify and resolve blockages in ducts and tracks to ensure smooth network deployment.
• Assist in the installation of fibre optic cables and other utilities.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including cablers and splicers.
• Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards within project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in civil works, ideally within the telecoms or utilities sector.
• Proficiency in operating tools and machinery for excavation and duct installation.
• NRSWA (Street Works) qualification is desirable.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
