Project Coordinator

£28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Central London

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client's Project Division within a well-established Building Services company based in Central London.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar support role within building services or construction
• Strong understanding of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) project processes
• Experience supporting project managers and engineers with scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Confident in liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience coordinating commercial or residential projects
