Job Title: Experienced Bench Joiner

Location: Halstead, Kent

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 to £52,000

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our team, specializing in the manufacture of bespoke, high-end joinery. The role will involve crafting custom pieces, including kitchens, bedrooms, studies, and wine rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture bespoke joinery to the highest standards, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
• Work from detailed technical drawings and designs to produce custom furniture and fittings.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bench joinery, particularly with high-end, custom-made pieces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, professional attitude.
