Responsibilities:

• To lay-out and wire control systems to wiring diagrams.

Requirements:

• Self-driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do' mentality and work ethic to strive to deliver an exemplar standard.
• Operate with a ‘one team' approach demonstrating flexible engagement with internal and external customers in collaboration with the project team.
• Pragmatic/common sense approach always demonstrating a sense of ownership.
• Operates with consistent effort, overcoming obstacles in order to achieve a goal.
• Conveys accurate information through effective communication using the most appropriate methods to adapt it to the audience ensuring mutual understanding.
• Performs effectively by controlling emotions when exposed to difficult situations.
• To coach and remain staff for personal development and succession planning through talent management delivering staff.
• Deliver the project in accordance with business forecast and budget.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical integrated systems.
• General understanding of British Standards, Building Regulations, HSE requirements, CIBSE statutory bodies and any other relevant documentations/regulations related to the design, procurement & the construction of developments.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
