About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and skilled FTTP Installation Technician to join our team, specializing in home fiber broadband installations. You'll be the face of our business—visiting residential properties to install, test, and activate full fiber (FTTP) broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install fiber optic cables and equipment at customer premises
• Ensure proper routing of internal and external cabling
• Configure and test routers and other networking devices
• Deliver excellent customer service while on-site
• Complete installation documentation and report job progress
• Follow safety standards and procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with FTTP installations or similar telecom field work
• Knowledge of fiber splicing and network configuration
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job
• Full UK driving license (or relevant country equivalent)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NRSWA, CSCS, CABWI, or equivalent) are a plus
